Formpro looks to future following £2.75m injection
Formpro Mail Marketing hopes to ensure future success after receiving a £2.75m investment boost.
The Bristol-based direct mail firm was bolstered by the injection in capital from the Hughes family, founders of Bristol's Mail Marketing International, which joined with Formpro in 2005 to create the merged company.
Earlier this year, the 280-staff company welcomed Jon Sopher as its new chairman to "ensure the future direction and stability of the business".
Sopher said: "We are in a strong position to grow the business." He added that the firm is "completely debt free".
The company relocated to a new 10,000sqm Bristol facility at the beginning of 2007 as part of a £10m investment.
The move also included investment in a raft of Xerox kit, including a Nuvera 288 cut-sheet printer, four DocuPrint 1050s and a four-colour iGen3.
