Serious interest in Wace says TPF
TPF Group has said that it has had two “serious” approaches to buy Wace, the Swindon factory it plans to close.
The print and print management group also maintains that “plan A” for Wace is still for it to be closed down, with as many staff as possible being moved to other TPF locations.
TPF Group spokesman Tony Wood said: “TPF is very open-minded if someone comes in with a suitable offer. We have had at least two serious expressions of interest.
“There is a possibility of the company being sold. By the end of this month, the Wace picture should be
much clearer.”
Wood declined to comment on who had made the approaches.

Only ever really had one serious approach to buy Wace . Just four positions were offered at other TPF locations , Wace employed 83. The expression of serious interest has come from a Mr M.Bunyard.
