Vertec Printing Services becomes IS0 14001 and ISO 9001 certified

B2 commercial printer Vertec Printing Services has become IS0 14001 and ISO 9001 certified in order to open up more opportunities.
Tina Young, sales and marketing at the London-based company, said: "The business angle behind getting the certification is to explore further business developments.
"Getting ISO 14001 is a criteria for us to win work in some cases. It has become something of a prerequisite."
The £2m-turnover company has 25 staff and serves the publishing, agency and print management sectors in London and the Home Counties.
In 2010, Vertec Printing Services was also awarded the Carbon Smart award.
