FESPA 2013 will take place across 5 days, 25-29 June 2013.

Opening times are:

It is FREE to visit the exhibition if you register BEFORE the event.

If you register at the show entry costs £55.00, so please ensure that you pre-register for your visitor badge before the 24th June 2013.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
Due to moving machinery being on demonstration at the exhibition, children under the age of 16 are NOT permitted to enter the event. We will ask for identification should anyone look under 16 years of age.

Underground Railway (Tube) & DLR (Docklands Light Railway)

 

 With three dedicated Docklands Light Railway (DLR) stations, easy access to the London Underground (Jubilee line), parking for 3,700 cars and London City Airport on our doorstep, getting to ExCeL London couldn't be easier.

The Jubilee Line on the Tube is recommended as the quickest route to ExCeL London and the ICC. Alight at Canning Town and change onto a Beckton-bound DLR train (not Woolwich Arsenal), for the quick 2-stop journey to Custom House for ExCeL (West) or Prince Regent for ExCeL (East) and ICC London.

ExCeL London is located in Zone 3. London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. It is recommended that visitors purchase a return ticket or an All-Day Travelcard to avoid queuing at the end of the day. Oyster Card users are reminded to touch in and out at the card readers onsite to avoid paying excess fairs.

  • The Jubilee Line is recommended as the quickest route towards ExCeL from Central London.
  • Alight at Canning Town to change onto the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) bound for Beckton (use stairs, escalators or lift up to the DLR platform).
  • DLR trains toward the venue normally depart from platform 3.
  • Visitors should be aware that only DLR trains in the direction of Beckton serve ExCeL London - do not use DLR services in the direction of Woolwich Arsenal from Canning Town.
  • Visitors for ExCeL London are advised to alight at Custom House.
  • Please refer to specific joining instructions and web information for the event you are attending to ensure you alight at the most convenient on site station.

Bus
Public bus services 147 and 241 depart from bay B of Canning Town station to Custom House (access to the venue is via the DLR footbridge).

Additionally, a fully signposted walking route is provided from the main exit of Canning Town bus station for anyone who wishes to complete their journey to the venue by foot. 

DLR
Blue directional signs guide you to the main west entrance of ExCeL London. The walk takes approximately 12-15 minutes.
ExCeL London and ICC London are located in zone 3. London Underground tickets are valid on the DLR. It is recommended to purchase a return ticket or All-Day Travel card to avoid queuing on your journey home.

Single, return and Travel card tickets can be purchased from the ticket machines at Custom House and Prince Regent Stations. These machines are also enabled for Oyster card ‘Pay As You Go’ top up.

Oyster card users are reminded to touch in and out at the card readers at DLR stations to avoid paying excess fares. 

Eurostar
There is easy access to St Pancras International for high-speed Eurostar Services to Paris, Lille and Brussels.

By Road
When driving to ExCeL London, follow signs for Royal Docks, City Airport & ExCeL. There is easy access from the M25, M11, A406 and A13. To download our Road Map, please click here.

ExCeL London offers onsite parking for 3,700 cars including over 2,000 spaces located directly beneath the venue. For detailed information online parking facilities, please click here.

The venue is located outside the Congestion Charge Zone.  All onsite parking is pay and display, with the exception of the Royal Victoria multi-storey car park. ExCeL London offers 158 disabled parking spaces, located within close proximity of the venue.

By Air
ExCeL London is simple to get to from London's 5 main airports - London City, Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted and Luton - via DLR, London Underground and mainline rail services.

London City Airport is located 10 minutes from ExCeL London by car or taxi. In addition, the DLR links the airport and ExCeL London, via Canning Town. Frequent and direct shuttle buses run from Canary Wharf and Canning Town, to and from the airport.
