Media Paper Management (MPM) has launched the 3R range - the specialist paper supplier's first collection of environmental papers aimed at the publishing sector.

It includes FSC and PEFC certified grades that are available in weights starting from 45-300gsm.

Danny Doogan, group environmental officer of the Hertfordshire-based company, said: "Despite a surge in the interest for environmental papers, there is a hesitancy to commit to these grades because of a perception they are more expensive or inferior in quality.

"The 3R range demonstrates that you can buy environmental papers without any compromise in either quality or price."

The range is designed to be the most relevant environmental range for the publishing industry. This includes the retail, magazine and print management markets, with options for sheetfed, web offset and gravure.

MPM supplies to consumer and contract publishing, direct mail, tour operating and retail. The company is part of independently-owned specialist paper supplier Denmaur Group.
