MGi UV coater wins Oscar de l'Emballage/Packaging award
MGi Digital Graphic Technology's Drupa-launched Jetvarnish digital inkjet spot UV coater has won the 53rd Oscar de l'Emballage/Packaging award.
Edmond Abergel, president and chief executive of MGi, said : "We are particularly proud to be the first company worldwide to introduce this technology to the market.
"The Oscar speaks volumes about the creativity and innovation of our Research & Development and Engineering teams and I am confident the Jetvarnish will have a lasting impact on the industry."
The Jetvarnish will be available in the UK from the new year supplied by GAE.
