Small business employees most satisfied at work
The Federation of Small Business (FSB) has conducted a study that found employees in small businesses are the most satisfied at work. The What Workers Want survey of 2,500 employees included more than 600 who work in the UK’s smallest businesses. John Wright, FSB national chairman, said: “In terms of the way they treat their staff, small businesses consistently outperform their bigger competitors.”
