TU Ink names printers
By Tom Hall Thursday, 08 May 2008
TU Ink has named the printers it is working with to fulfil two new print contracts. Southernprint will produce the member magazines of the Transport Salaried Staffs’ Association (TSSA) in collaboration with the Rickmansworth-based firm.
The titles will be printed six times a year on 90gsm recycled Signacoat Silk. They are mailed to all 29,000 members and wrapped in oxo-degradable polythene.
Elsewhere, Westdale Press has been awarded the Medical Protection Society’s contract to print 125,000 copies of the 28pp Casebook three times a year. It is mailed to approximately 118,000 society members.
The Cardiff-based company will also print the 100,000-run 20pp Annual Review for the Medical Protection Society, also in collaboration with TU Ink.
