Clarifoil gets Compost Certificate
Clarifoil, the cellulose acetate film for carton windows, print lamination and labels, has gained the OK Compost Certificate as a home compostable material.
It already holds DIN EN 13432 and ASTM D6400 biodegradable accreditation. Clarifoil is cellulose acetate film made of woodpulp from managed forests. The firm’s manufac-turing base and technical development centre is in Spondon, Derby.
