HH mounts global push with US office opening

HH Associates, the pan-European print manager, has opened its first US office, in New York, as part of a two-year plan to switch from a European to a global services provider.

Surrey-based HH is looking to take advantage of America’s under-developed outsourcing market with the New York-based office and will target US-based companies, which it said could achieve savings of up to 30% through first-generation print management contracts.

Robert MacMillan, HH Group chief executive, said: “The US market presents a wealth of opportunity for HH. We want US clients to benefit from the HH offering that has proved so successful for European clients.”

HH joins a raft of UK-based print managers attempting to cash in across the pond, including AccessPlus, TPF, Williams Lea and RR Donn-elley, which has looked to beef up its US outsourcing operations since its acquisition of Astron.

HH’s US office will be headed up by Vishal Patel, formerly a senior research analyst with Aberdeen Group.
