Noir: Issue One
Lifestyle mag launched in West Essex
By Matt Whipp Wednesday, 01 July 2009
Noir magazine has launched as a local lifestyle glossy in the West Essex area.
With a print run of 20,000 a month, the A4 full-colour 52-page magazine is aimed at 25-40 year-olds in the area.
The magazine is produced by a team of six full-time staff and six contributors and distributed locally for free, supported by advertising.
Editor Helen Kalli said she thought they had identified a "gap in the market" for this kind of product. "We wanted to do something," she said. The first issue was published in June.
