Adare wins extension on RNIB contract
Adare has secured an extension of its contract with the Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB).
The Huddersfield-based company had previously worked with the charity providing telephone prospect lists and centralising its supporter databases. It has now secured a further two-year contract.
Adare said that its work with the charity has resulted in a 15% increase in positive responses to its telephone campaigns.
Sharon Wilding, national telemarketing manager at RNIB, said: The efficiency of the data management processes designed by Adare means that campaign performance has consistent-ly exceeded expectations, with positive responses at initial contact rising to more than 20% in many campaigns.
