Robert Horne becomes UK dealer for the CJV30

Robert Horne has used Total Print! Expo (TPE) to announce it has become a UK dealer for the Mimaki CJV30 solvent inkjet printer/cutter.

It is the first Mimaki to combine printing and cutting in a single machine and also features the latest in solvent inkjet printing technology.

Robert Horne business development manager James Hobday said the move was part of the company's strategy to be a one-stop shop and that it reinforced its position as a provider of "the largest range of wide-format digital print, hardware, software and consumables".

Hobday said: "We want to show the commercial printers that wide-format print is profitable and an easy addition."

He added that, following the prominence of inkjet at Drupa in Germany earlier this year, the company had also looked into entering the industrial inkjet market.

The CJV30 press is one of the main features on the Robert Horne stand at TPE (stand 210), where the company is also displaying its range of digital hardware and ancillary products.

The company said the Mimaki CJV30 was a cost-effective model, providing a competitive solution to commercial printers.
