UK investor buys entire Manroland sheetfed arm

Langley Holdings, a €500m (£415m) turnover engineering group based in Retford, Nottinghamshire, signed a deal late yesterday to buy Manroland's Offenbach production facility as well as more than 40 international sales operations.
