Moss has launched an easy-to-install, transportable rental banner system designed to transform event spaces efficiently, cost-effectively, and sustainably.

The branded environment specialist said that, historically, the rental of hanging banners has had complications, primarily due to difficulties in transportation, installation, and the loss of components.

However, it said the new offering addresses these issues by introducing a foldable framework that fits neatly into a single bag.

Available in various shapes and sizes, including circles, squares, and cubes, Moss said the system “caters to a wide range of branding needs with its customisable, easy to fit graphics”.

“Users simply pull the graphic up and zip it around the framework, without the need for tools or graphics labour on site. Its lightweight nature also means it requires far fewer rigging points, making installation much easier and less costly for stand builders,” the company explained.

Utilising products and technology available from Moss in the US, the ‘banner-in-a-bag’ offering sits alongside Moss UK’s existing tension fabric rental options. Rentals are available over 10-to-15-day periods, with stocks held at Moss’s St Neots headquarters, ready to be shipped to events as and when needed.

The business said the service also significantly reduces single-use waste and promotes the reuse of elements. After the event, frames are returned to stock and fabrics are recycled or stored by clients for use in the future.

Matt Phipps, group account director at Moss UK, said: “Our new ‘banner-in-a-bag’ system achieves high-quality, memorable branding without sacrificing our clients’ time, team, or resources.

“Taking proven technology from within the Moss Group, our portable, versatile and easy to install rental banners reduce show setup times and logistical costs, enabling clients to focus on creating unforgettable event experiences.”

Moss UK was previously known as MacroArt, changing its name after its acquisition by US company Moss Inc last year.
